Code of Ethics
Third Sector Associates adheres to the Code of Ethical Principles and Standards of Professional Practice as set forth by the Grant Professionals Association (GPA). These codes govern compensation and provide a code of conduct for grant writing professionals. This being the case, Third Sector Associates does not work on a commission or contingency basis since grant preparation fees cannot be paid from most grant sources.
Qualifications
Diane Meyerhoff, Principal of Third Sector Associates
Diane Meyerhoff has provided community development, grant writing, and facilitation assistance to nonprofit and government agencies since 1992. She started her career by managing a microenterprise program for low-income Vermonters and now provides broader community and economic development assistance. Diane holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Middlebury College. Prior to becoming self-employed, she held positions at the Chittenden and Addison Regional Planning Commissions, the City of Burlington, Vermont and the Central Vermont Community Action Council (now Capstone Community Action).
